This policy is clearly understood as follows: within ten (10) years since the date of hand-over, TONG HY assures the installed drywall and ceiling systems to be free of any defects related to warping, sagging, cracking of boards, cracking of joints under normal conditions if the systems are utilised as per their original functions and under thorough guides provided by the company. This commitment is strongly based on our superior firm ground: mastering and complying strictly all international regulations and norms (for instance, American standards ASTM, British standards BS, Australian / New Zealand standards AS/NZS, French standards NF, German standards DIN) relevant to the manufacturing process of materials and structures of components that build up the systems, system design, installation and supervision of internal and external wall and ceiling systems. Whereas, guarantee is popularly understood  as within the guarantee time, defects and/or problems if occur, will be fixed with or without charge.
